At DocMagic, Johnson has served as director of client services, playing a key role in the company's growth, before stepping into the COO position in July 2024. She is responsible for achieving company business objectives as well as leading initiatives focused on operational excellence and client success. Her efforts led to increased eClose adoption and a growth trajectory that landed DocMagic on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing private companies.
